Joni has been with Alliant Energy for over 33 years and involved in shareowner servicing for 30 years. She is responsible for managing the in-house transfer agent and registrar activity as the sole transfer agent for Alliant Energy's 55,000 shareowners. She is also responsible for all aspects of the dividend reinvestment plan, proxy mailing and tabulating, annual meeting coordination, year-end reporting, dividend payments, escheatment, stock option administration and insider reporting on Form 3, 4 and 5's. Joni managed multiply stock redemptions, several exchanges and tenders and successfully did a 3-way merger totally in-house.

Joni is currently serving as a director of the Shareholder Services Association and as Vice President of the Midwest Stock Transfer Association. She is also currently involved on several committees such as the SIC Advisory Board committee and the STA Unclaimed Property Committee.

Joni resides in Madison, Wisconsin with her husband Tom who joins her as often as he possibly can at conferences. They both love to travel and play golf. They have a son and a daughter.
