Joan began her career with Aflac in 1985. As an in-house transfer agent, Joan is responsible for Aflac Incorporated’s equity security compliance. She has served as President of the Association from 1997 – 1999, and is continuing to serve as a Director and Secretary. Joan is currently involved on three committees with industry participants regarding the Cost Basis Law, as well as the DRS Joint Committee.
