Joe has been in the Investor Services Department for 18 of his 27 year career with Ameren. He is responsible for the transfer agent function, and administration of Ameren’s Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRPlus) as well as dividend disbursement, telephone and written correspondence, escheatment, and yearend tax reporting.
Joe has experience implementing a VRU system, in-house Imaging system and DTC FAST. He managed the exchange after the merger that formed Ameren, the implementation of Paperless Legals, DRS and conversion of the system software to a remote client.
Joe graduated from Saint Louis University with a BSBA in Accounting and an MBA. He lives south of Saint Louis, Missouri with his wife and two daughters.
