Pat oversees the operations of the Office of the Corporate Secretary which is comprised of Board of Director Support Services, Subsidiary Operations, Legal Entity Management and Compliance and Stockholder Services. The Stockholder Services group is responsible for administration of the Company’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan, stock option and restricted stock unit programs and filing of insider reports, as well as management of the Transfer Agent relationship. Prior to joining AIG, Pat served over 21 years with Public Service Enterprise Group, Inc. where he also served as the Assistant Corporate Secretary.
Pat graduated from Saint Peter’s College, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting with a minor in economics. He also earned Masters Degree in Taxation and a M.B.A. in Finance with a Certificate in International Business from Seton Hall University. Pat is a CPA and a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Society of Corporate Secretaries & Governance Professionals. Pat was elected a member of the SSA Board in August 2008.
Pat resides in Branchburg, New Jersey with his wife, Toni Lynn and their three children. He is an active volunteer with nationally ranked Immaculata High School Marching Band of which all of his children are members.
