Jane is Manager, Shareholder Services, at StanCorp Financial Group, Inc. in Portland, Oregon. She joined StanCorp in 1998, participating in an insurance company demutualization. She currently acts as transfer agent liaison, managing a registered shareholder base of over 54,000 shareholders, along with assisting with investor relations responsibilities. Prior to joining StanCorp, she worked for more than 30 years in the Stock Transfer/Shareholder Services Departments of U.S. Bank.
Jane was elected to the SSA Board in 2004. She was also a Board Member of WSTA with active participation for many years.
She has two sons who are both married and one granddaughter.
