Joan joined Broadridge as Call Center DIrector in March, 2012. Joan brings a unique issuer perspective to the transfer agent call center acquired from her previous roles with Group Five Inc.(July 2011-March 2012) and Qwest Communications Shareholder Relations (August 200-June 2010) . She became involved with shareowner relations in August 2000 shortly after the merger of Qwest and US West. Her responsibilities for shareowner relations included managing the relationships with the Company’s transfer agent, proxy solicitor, proxy processor and other Investor Relations service providers. Joan actively managed her registered shareowners and reduced the number of shareowner accounts from 370,000 in 2006 to approximated 230,000 when Qwest merged with CenturyLink in April 2011. Joan was also responsible for meeting the department budget and maintaining the Qwest corporate investor pages that she also redesigned.

Joan served on the BNY Mellon Client Advisory Board and the Keane Client Advisory Board while she was with Qwest.  Joan resides in Arvada, Colorado with her husband, Bill, and their two pups, Charlie & Razzle Dazzle.
