Carl T. Hagberg
In recognition of his significant contributions to the advancement of the mission of the SSA, as well as to the shareholder services industry, the SSA Board of Directors awarded the 2012 Tony Fireman Award to Mr. Carl T. Hagberg, Chairman and CEO of Carl T. Hagberg and Associates.
Carl has served as a mentor to many industry associates and assisted numerous SSA members advance their respective careers. He has served as an industry facilitator and catalyst for positive change by helping our industry evolve to meet new industry legislative, regulatory and technological changes and advancements by serving as a contributing member of numerous industry and regulatory panels and committees.
Through his inquisitive nature, keen perspective, grand sense of humor and willingness to stand up and be heard, Carl has impacted our industry and fellow SSA members for the better. He has served as a role model to the shareholder services industry and SSA members alike by volunteering time, energy and many talents supporting charitable causes throughout his career. His dedicated service to the shareholder services industry and the SSA represents the epitome of the SSA’s mission to help its members Stay in Touch, Stay Informed and Always Connected.
