January 2012: Improvements are being made to our Q&A tool. Unfortunately mutiple notifications were generated on a recent question. Please bear with us as we work to improve your website.
SSA Website upgraded on May 26, 2011.
New user name format: user names changed with the last website upgrade. New format is firstname.lastname (lowercase). This allows the member to keep their membership access even when he/she changes email as in the case of a job change or retirement. Using an email address as a user name no longer works.

If you have a job opening or looking for a job in the shareholder services industry, let us know so we can post it under the Career Center.
We are also looking for sample shareholder services industry job descriptions to post to hlep members define criteria for their postings and identify qualifiations for moving in the industry.
