Dear SSA Valued Service Provider:
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support of the Shareholder Services Association (SSA) and especially for your past support of the SSA Annual Conference. It’s only through sponsorship contributions that we can continue to host successful conferences.
Please plan to join us at Loews Coronado Bay Resort in San Diego, CA, Tuesday, July 17 through Friday, July 20 for this great sponsorship opportunity.
The sponsor exhibit area will be open from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM on Wednesday, July 18. This year, in response to your feedback, the SSA will be providing lunch, in addition to the breakfast and break, in the exhibit area. This will provide more time for our issuers to network with our services providers. Also, back by popular demand will be the stamp system, allowing those who visit all exhibitor tables the opportunity to enter a drawing for a prize. This has been a huge success the past three years.
The SSA is known for and prides itself as being a unique group of professionals that is truly interested in learning and sharing information. There is no better way to share your company’s products and services than to be a conference sponsor.
There are several sponsorship levels, with corresponding benefits available to you and your company. All sponsors will be recognized for their support throughout the conference, and your company name will be included in the conference program and on the sponsorship page on the SSA website. We look forward to hearing from you regarding your sponsorship interest at your earliest convenience.
For those who are interested in Platinum, Benefactor and Champion sponsorship levels, please respond no later than April 13th to guarantee your exhibit table. Due to limited space availability, all other sponsorship levels will be granted an exhibit table on a first-come, first-served basis; so please contact us early. We will do our best to accommodate all sponsors who are interested in an exhibit table.
