Karen began her career with The Coca-Cola Company in 1981 in the Company's Business Information Library and Archives Department. She joined the Office of the Secretary in 1984 and was named Manager, Shareowner Services in 2005. Karen is responsible for the relationship with the Company's registrar and transfer agent and proxy solicitor, managing a registered shareowner base of 280,000 shareowners. She also manages a multi-million dollar budget for the Office of the Secretary. Since 2005, Karen has become an advocate of electronic delivery of shareowner communications. The Coca-Cola Company, as a result of her efforts, was named a Foundation member of e-Tree. Karen currently serves as Vice President of the Shareholder Services Association, is a member of The Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals and serves on Computershare's Advisory Board and Broadridge's Issuer Advisory Committee. 

Karen resides in Atlanta with her husband Jay.
