Keith H. Ecke

Keith has served as assistant corporate secretary for Wisconsin Energy Corp. and We Energies since May 2001. Keith manages initiatives that support the companies' board of directors and its corporate governance activities. Keith also manages stockholder services and the relationship with the company's stock transfer agent. He also is responsible for certain corporate compliance and ethics initiatives.

Keith joined Wisconsin Energy in 1985 as an analyst in the Corporate Secretary department and has held several positions within the company involving compliance and ethics, corporate governance, board services and stockholder services. Prior to joining the company, Keith was a marketing manager for Telephone & Data Systems, an independent telecommunications holding company in Madison, Wisconsin.

Keith holds a bachelor's degree in management and marketing from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and completed the Strategic Leadership Series at the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee.  He also has earned the Certified Compensation Professional designation and certificates in Executive Compensation and Salary Administration from the American Compensation Association.

Additionally, Keith is a member of the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals, the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics, the Bank of New York Mellon Client Advisory Board and serves as a director of the Shareholder Services Association. He is also a director, Audit Committee Chair and Secretary of the American Red Cross in Southeastern Wisconsin.

Keith resides in Germantown, Wisconsin with his wife Jennifer and daughter Lauren.
