INTRODUCTION TO SHAREHOLDER SERVICES

The SSA is proud to provide two significant industry online training opportunities for its members. The first online eLearning course developed by the Association is an "Introduction to Shareholder Services." Members click here for enrollment information. Click here to see the course outline.

Non-members can take the "Introduction to Shareholder Services" course for a fee of $125 per student. Click here for enrollment information.

The American Bankers Association Institute of Certified Bankers has approved SSA's “Introduction to Shareholder Services” eLearning course for continuing education units. Successful completion of the course is worth 2.5 credits for the CCTS or CSOP designation. ICB members should submit their credits electronically at ICB Member Services.

UNCLAIMED PROPERTY

The latest online eLearning course developed by the Association, along with some of the industry’s premier service providers in this field, is the “Unclaimed Property” course. Members click here for enrollment information. Click here to see the course outline.

Non-members can take the “Unclaimed Property” course for a fee of $225 per student. Click here for enrollment information.

The American Bankers Association Institute of Certified Bankers has approved SSA's “Unclaimed Property” eLearning course for continuing education units.
