Hundreds of members and non-members have taken the Association's online eLearning courses and have acknowledged the depth and value of the information provided. Our "Introduction to Shareholder Services" provides an extensive overview of shareholder services and securities processing. Our “Unclaimed Property” module, developed with the assistance of some of the industry’s premier service providers in this field, provides an extensive overview of the identification, tracking and reporting needs of this legal requirement.
The American Bankers Association Institute of Certified Bankers has approved the “Introduction” course for continuing education units. Successful completion of the course is worth 2.5 credits for the CCTS or CSOP designation. The “Unclaimed Property” course has been approved for 3.5 credits for the CSOP designation. ICB members should submit their credits electronically at ICB Member Services.

The Institute of Certified Bankers, a subsidiary of the American Bankers Association, confirmed that attendance would be worth 13.75 CSOP and 13.75 CCTS credits.
