Corporate Governance Liaison
My role at Chevron Corporation
I am responsible for managing Chevron’s stock transfer services for registered stockholders and related activities. With our transfer agent, I educate our registered stockholders providing them with accurate and timely communication. I administer the company’s insider trading policy and reporting with guidance from our legal counsel. I also administer the non-employee directors’ compensation and a component of the company’s compliance program.

I wanted the opportunity to connect with other professionals that are focused not only on the current industry issues but also on the details that come up on a day-to-day basis. The SSA is a way for me to learn what other companies are doing and a forum to share best practices and ideas.

By the end of the conference, I felt as if I have attended the conference for many years. That really says a great deal about the people.

Throughout my career, I have worked in administration, finance, IT, real estate, procurement, and governance. I attended the University of San Francisco, and I am forever a San Francisco city gal. Nowadays, I am a suburbanite that left my heart in San Francisco. Sitting on the dock of the bay, watching the tide roll away…
