Chief Executive Officer
My role at Keane
As Chief Executive Officer, I am responsible for the overall strategy and vision for the team of unclaimed property experts at Keane. It is my duty to best utilize our resources to develop unclaimed property solutions for corporations and their transfer agents; as well as banks, brokerages, mutual funds, and insurance companies. Each of our services for corporations are designed not only to protect shareholders, but ensure compliance, minimize risk, and identify liabilities often associated with unclaimed property.
Why I am an SSA member
In our sector of the financial services industry, knowledge separates risks from results. SSA provides an excellent opportunity for me and my colleagues to increase our knowledge through the exchange of information and gain a greater understanding of the challenges each of our organizations face. SSA also provides Keane the chance to educate other members on the intricacies of unclaimed property compliance and how to mitigate the unclaimed property risks unique to the corporate issuer community.
What I enjoy most about being an SSA member
The educational events and meetings are the ideal environment to share industry knowledge and best practices while cultivating current and future relationships. SSA provides us with an arena where we can network with fellow industry professionals, communicate the complex services associated with shareholders, and provide updates regarding the new products and services offered by Keane.
